This is a 32 y.o. female who is 5’ 7” and weighs 130 lbs and presents with lipodystrophy of the flanks and outer thighs. She underwent Power-Assisted Liposuction (PAL) of these areas, and post-operative photos are seen 10 months after surgery. Her posterior view is termed a “violin deformity” and note the nice changes.
