Breast Reduction Vertical

This is a 45 y.o. female who is 5’4” and 126 lbs who presents after her breast implants were removed due to infection.  She waited 9 months before coming to our office so that the infection would clear completely and the scar tissue would soften.  She had 275cc silicone “gummy bear” implants with a verticle breast lift. Her post-operative photos are shown 6 months after surgery.
