This is a 25 y.o. female 57? and 121 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 410 cc smooth round silicone implants. She is seen 8 months after surgery. Her cup size went from 32B+ to 32D+.
