This is a 36 y.o. female 55? and 118 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 350 cc smooth round gummy bear silicone implants. She is seen 12 months after surgery. Note that a new fold has been created at the base, producing a roundness of the lower pole, more balance, and a natural look. Her cup size went from 34A to 34C+.
