This is a 31 y.o. female 56? and 135 lbs who had breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 450 cc smooth round gummy bear silicone implants. She is seen 5 months after surgery. Her cup size went from 36B+to 36DD.
