This is a 45 y.o. female 56? and 140 lbs who had a previous invert T breast reduction surgery. She was not happy with her fullness after having children and had a breast augmentation through an infra-mammary fold incision with sub-muscular implant placement. The breast implants are 400 cc smooth round gummy bear silicone implants. She is seen 8 months after surgery. Her cup size went from 38Cto 38DD.
