CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 19-year-old female referred to the San Francisco office at Union Square for a breast reduction. She is 5 feet 2 inches, 130 pounds, and presents with macromastia. At Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center she underwent a vertical short scar breast reduction reducing her size from a DDD to a C cup. She is seen approximately six months after surgery with nicely healing scars.
