CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 25-year-old resident of Walnut Creek, California, who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation of her nose and chin. Her primary complaint was her nasal appearance and we discussed the imbalance of her chin with her facial proportions. She underwent a rhinoplasty, or nose reshaping, and chin augmentation using an anatomic chin implant. Her photographs are seen at one year after surgery and her procedure was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California.
