CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 45-year-old, female resident of San Francisco, California who presented to the San Francisco office at Union Square for evaluation for a facelift. She underwent an endoscopic eyebrow lift, lower lid eyelid lift, facelift, lip augmentation and fat grafting to her cheeks, nasolabial fold and marionette lines. In addition, she had a TCA chemical peel. Her eyelids were performed through an external lower eyelid incision with muscle tightening and lower lid tightening. She had a SMASectomy with her lower facelift. The SMASectomy tissue was used to enhance her upper and lower lip. The endoscopic brow lift elevated the brows 6 millimeters bilaterally. The surgery was performed at the Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Note her natural, full, youthful appearance to her face.
