CASE DESCRIPTION: This is a 40-year-old resident of Santa Rosa, California who presented to the Novato office location in Marin County, California for evaluation for nose reshaping. Her complaint was the nasal dorsal hump fullness and the down-turned nasal tip. She underwent an external rhinoplasty through an open nasal approach for dorsal hump reduction and tip refinement. Her nasal surgery was performed at Marin Cosmetic Surgery Center in Marin County, California. Her photographs are seen one year after surgery. Note the better proportions to her nasal profile.
